In Response to Re: Stopped by Police!!:
A few years ago I ordered a sticker for my husband's license plate by mail. I assumed that the sticker came and he applied it to the plate. Then I happened to look at his car from behind(about October lol) and his sticker had expired the month before. Since I had a copy of the cancelled check I went straight to the DMV and they gave me a new sticker to replace the one that never came! Thank goodness there was no extra charge at the time. Now I only get them in person at the DMV office. Btw, after you apply the sticker, you can make small cuts in it with a razor or small knife. Although you shouldn't be able to remove the sticker without ruining it, this makes sure of that.
