I keep hearing that smaller portions is the key to losing weight along with more exercise. Of course, that is very hard to do.
Great advice everyone! I found I have to be accountable so I joined SparkPeople.com. They have on-line trackers for everything from food to exercise. Along with great articles, exercises and recipes, it's a great site and best of all it's free. You can join teams or do it on your own, whatever you prefer. Good luck everyone.
