Never had much luck with Soy milk making most anything that counts.  Fighting diabetes?  Using LACTAID milk covers all the same things as soy but reacts the same way as regular milk. You can cook, bake or make stovetop receipes with it and get excellent results.

No,Ihave not.I was told( bythemanufacturer of thesoy milkIbought;souy milk that you cannot use soy milk to make"instant pudding"(itwon't set)But that it is fine for making the cook & serve type.I would think tha tthe vanila flavoredr would work fine. too but I have not tried itmyself yetUndecided.NG WITH SOY MILK:

  I have a friend that makes her potatoes with soy milk and her kids love them and they are great tasting.

I've never cooked with it but my son and I enjoy drinking it and using it on cereal.

I'm lactose intolerant and always use Lactaid milk.  Like the taste of it.  Haven't tried soy.  One of my sons uses it all the time.  Sorry I can't help.  I use the lactaid milk for everything.
