It's always nice to know that your business is appreciated. Years ago we went to a steak house and my salad had a piece of steel wool in it. When I showed it to the waitress, I got a look from her that seemed to say I put that in the salad. My husband asked to speak with a manager who also seemed to have that attitude. No offer of any kind to make up for their mistake so we never went back there. Seems that a lot of people may have been disappointed with them since they closed down not long after that.On the flip side, I have a neighbor who always complains at every restaurant in the hopes of getting "freebies". Then she or her husband will brag about what they got for free. Needless to say, after hearing that, I will never go to a restaurant with her lol. That's just bad manners.
