This Sunday is my turn to take goodies to the kids in Junior Church.
Last night I made a batch of Nestlé's Mint Chocolate Delights cookie dough.  I did not add mint chips, nuts or regular chocolate chips.  Instead I added about 2 cups of the tiny chocolate chips.
When I was ready to bake I made the tiny, mini cookies ........ about 6 doz.
I set them aside to cool while I made a filling -- beating a stick of soft butter and a regular jar of marshmallow cream.  When that was very smooth I beat in about a cup of peanut butter.  I spread a big glob of that on the flat bottom of half the cookies and then topped it with the other cookies.
THEY ARE DELICIOUS.    They are very pretty too, but because they are for kids the way they taste is most important.
Chocolate and peanut butter --- wow!!

Oh my gosh these sound great.
I love peanut butter and chocolate and fluff together.  (How about a "Fluffernutter" made with Nutella! )

Just your cookies would make me join your church!

Thank you ---- I am very happy with these and it's one I will make again and again.   Certainly they will be part of my next batch going to the local police.

I'm always concerned about how a cookie freezes.  I put these in zipper freezer bags on the 4th.  Today, the 6th, I removed one to see how it was.  Yaaaahhhhhh........... it was great.  It thawed perfectly.   They will be super for their Sunday trip to kids looking for fun treats.

These cookies made a great hit with the kids in Junior Church.     That's what I try for.
