I'm not sure about frozen wlhipped topping or even whipped cream. Seems like the brownies would get soggy and you'd need to refrigerate any leftovers unless you only put it on when you serve the brownies. We like to have ilcing on our brownies. So, maybe instead of whipped topping or whipped cream you could use a plain buttercream icing and maybe top it all with shredded coconut.

These sound interesting. I am not one to spread a whipped topping over an entire pan of brownies. A bit on each as it is served if it is needed. But then again I don't like the frozen topping or how it breaks down. Real whipping cream is the way to go. Not sure a great brownie needs whipped topping of any kind though. (unless it is served in a bowl with a scoop of ice cream, sauce, fudge of course, then a dab of whipped cream)
