In Response to Re: TIGER BUTTER - great summer candy:
wellllllllllllllllllllllllll ..... sorry Nikki, but the Tiger Butter doesn't use coconut milk. Last time I made the Macadamia Fudge I had the half can of coconut milk left. Like I said on here, I used it to make the fudge recipe again but instead of macadamias, I used lots and lots of coconut, chopped dried apricots and coconut. It was so thick I could spoon it out into little piles on wax paper. I did not like it very much and said I wasn't going to make it again. But it sure improved with age .... It just got better and better.

Sorry...I was talking about both of the recipes that you have been making a lot.
I will check out the Tiger Butter, I so love peanut butter.
The Macadamia Fudge is the one that uses the coconut milk correct? Well I found a recipe on The Chew for a rice that uses coconut milk. I tried it once and it was a big hit so that is what I would make with the bit of coconut milk that is left after making the fudge.
