i did what i used so if ppl want 2 make a double batch they can do that!!!!!! the 2/3 cups pumpkin from 29 oz. can is so that u can double the recipe if u want 2!!!! i got 2 1/2 to 3 doz cuz i got the base of cookie {like how much baking powder and salt} from a marthastewart cookie cookbook where she had a cut out sugar cookie dough recipe and i took that recipe and made the recipe i pumpkin cookie recipe i got!!!!! so that's y i did what i did!!!!!

i got a at least 3 doz. out the recipe when i waz testing this recipe out w/ my mom!!!!!! the were 3 in cookie ir sumthing like that!!!!! they were not giant!!!!! after i sliced each cookie i took each slice and sliced each round in half then took each half and rolled each half in2 balls andthen placed in the cinna sugar mixture then baked!!!!!love and lippy,mkgtweety
