The name says it all.
This makes a huge pan of brownies.  It can be cut in half and made in a 13X9 pan if you wish.
Outrageous Brownies
1 pound unsalted butter
1 pound plus 2 Cups semi sweet chocolate chips, divided
6 ounces unsweetened chocolate
6 extra large eggs
3 Tb instant coffee powder
2 Tb vanilla extract
2 1/4 Cup sugar
1 1/4 Cup flour, divided
1 Tb baking powder
1 tsp kosher salt
3 Cups diced walnuts

In a bowl combine walnuts and 2 Cups of the chocolate chips.  Toss with 1/4 Cup of the flour.  Set aside.
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a 13X18 pan
In a  bowl melt chocolate chips, unsweetened chocolate and butter on top of double boiler.
Cool slightly.
In a large bowl stir together the eggs, instant coffee, vanilla and sugar.  Stir in the chocolate mixture and cool to room temperature.
Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt.  Add the cooled chocolate mixture.
Stir in the nuts and chocolate chips that have been dusted with the flour.
Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes.  Half way through the baking bang the pan against the oven rack.  This will release any trapped air between the dough and the pan.
Do not over bake.
Cool thoroughly.  Refrigerate and cut into squares.

Trust me on the cooling thoroughly.  If you want warm brownies heat briefly in microwave after they have been cut.  These cut much easier and neater if they are cold when they are cut.
If you make these in a 13X9 pan watch the bake time.

Wow!  Now that's a lot of brownies lol.  I'll have to wait for a BIG party to make those or I might eat them all myself.  Thanks for sharing the recipe Nikki.
