Nancy & all;  Sorry for the delay.  I used 16 oz. bags of chocolate kiss candies in place of the chips, like peppermint, cherry dark chocolate.   even marbled peanut butter chips swirled into choc. fudge.  My family favorite is always, white choc. chips with dried & chopped cranberries with roasted, chopped almonds.  See the possibilities are endless!!!!

My farorit fudge is the peanut butter fudge and it is great when you first make it.
