Land O Lakes has lots of incredibly good cookie and candy recipes and  I've made many with great success.  Tonight I was going to try DIVINE MOMENTS cookies .... but the recipe for 3 dozen cookies call for just 1/4 cup flour.
Could I ask you people who know what you're doing look at the recipe and tell me if you think /14 cup of flour will work?  Thanks

I think it should work.  I have made cookies that have a very small amount of flour.
I did not look for any reviews but if there are any they might give a clue.  You could also check All Recipes to see if there is another cookie like it.

Nancy, I looked at the recipe and read the reviews.  The land o lakes person said the cookies are very fudge, almost like flourless chocolate cake, so the measurement is right.  Refrigerate the dough, but you always do anyway.  They look wonderful.

Well -------- the dough is in the fridge.   Before adding pecans and chocolate chips, It was VERY thin dough (batter?).   I don't know it worked but the nuts and chips did seem to thicken the dough which is now in the 'fridge.   I'll bake it this evening.   Wish me luck.

OK -- anyone that wants these, can have 'em.
While ago I checked to see how the dough was setting up in the 'fridge.  It was solid!
So solid it wasn't easy to form into lumps/balls and get on the cookie sheet.
They baked very nicely but the tiny bit of orange peel is surprising - unpleasantly surprising.
This is another recipe I won't try again.

Of course, I keep thinking they might be good without that orange peel ...... add a bit
of peppermint chips  .... try some .......... nah

I had a recipe like this and it does get solid but once it is out of the refrigerator a bit it gets easier to get teaspoons of the dough out.
This one might be easier to roll into a long thin log and cut.
