Well I am going through my book shelf and I have decided that I must get rid of magazines and old cookbook pamphlets that I have picked up over the years and never or seldom use.  So, to make a long story short..(and have you ever noticed when someone says that it is already too late...) this is from a Food Network magazine and I decided that this one was worth cutting out of the mag.
Chocolate-Hazelnut Tart
For the crust:
1/2 Cup blanched hazelnuts
1 Cup flour, plus more for dusting
2 Tb sugar
1/4 tsp salt
6 Tablespoons cold unsalted butter cut into chunks
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Filling:
2 Tb cornstarch
2 Cups heavy cream
3/4 Cup chocolate hazelnut spread
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
To make the crust: Toast the hazelnuts in a skillet over medium heat until golden, about 8 minutes. Let cool.
Transfer 1/3 Cup of the nuts to a food processor.
Add the flour, sugar and salt; pulse until the nuts are finely ground.
Add the butter and pulse until mixture looks like coarse meal.
Drizzle in the egg and vanilla; pulse until mixture comes together.
Turn the dough out onto a piece of plastic wrap and pat into a disk.  Wrap and chill until firm, at least 1 hour.
Coarsely chop the rest of the nuts and set aside.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12 inch round.
Press into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch tart pan with a removable bottom, trim excess.  Poke the bottom all over with a fork.  Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
Pre heat oven to 350.  Line the crust with parchment or foil fill with pie weights or dry beans.
Bake until edges are golden, about 20 minutes, remove foil and weights and continue to bake another 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
Cool completely on wire rack.
For the filling:
Whisk the cornstarch into 1/4 cup of the cream in a small bowl.
Combine the remaining cream, chocolate hazelnut spread, vanilla and salt in a small saucepan.  Whisk in the cornstarch mixture and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring and scraping the bottom and sides of the pan with a rubber spatula.  Once the mixture starts to boil stir constantly until thickened, about 2 minutes.
Pour into the crust, swirl the top.  Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.  Top with reserved nuts.

Nikki I got rid of all my old Gourmet magazines last year.  A guy at work is a cook sort of and he was happy to get them.  I never looked at them and they were taking up space.  it was nice to give them to someone who really wanted them, rather than dump them into the recycle.
