Looks interesting.  What type of frosting do you use?  Since it is two layers I presume you use frosting.

I made mine in a 9x13 pan since that is easier to find room for in the fridge.  I made a chocolate sour cream frosting.

Judy -- thanks.  That sure sounds interesting.  3/4 cup cocoa .......... have you ever used that dark chocolate cocoa powder?

Oooo, save a piece for me, please! And I was guessing a chocolate sour cream frosting would top this cake nicely, as I read the list of ingredients!! Thanks, Judy!

Nancy, here's the recipe I used for the sour cream frosting.

Melt 1 c. chocolate morsels and 4 T butter.  When melted blend in 1/2 c dairy sour cream.  Add 1 t vanilla.
Gradually add enough sifed powdered sugar to make frosting spreading consistency (about 2 1/2 - 3 cups)

Really dumb question .........
I hesitate to mix chocolate chips and butter.  I always use shortening to keep from getting a stiff, lumpy, mess.  Would the addition of sour cream smooth that out?
Thanks for answer and patience.

RE: mixing choc. chips and butter, I have had no problem melting the two together in the microwave. Just melt and stir to mix well. No stiffness or lumps!

Hi all....
I have also made this frosting and it is smooooth and very very good.
Goes great on a Bundt Cake recipe I have that is also made with sour cream so you end up using the whole container if you use sour cream but I have also made this with the Greek Yogurt and it works well.
