Hi Nellie --- I've used the Andes on my own chocolate cookies.   For me,  it's not as fast or easy as it sounds - but it is VERY good.

Hey, Nellie -- I was zooming through Walmart tonight and saw the Andes.  Well, I bought a bag - it's YOUR fault.

I made a batch this afternoon -- very fast and easy.  I used a box of Duncan Hines dark chocolate cake mix.
The recipe turned out 33 large cookies ..... a bag of Andes mints is 53 pieces so I have a lot more.
It doesn't say greased or ungreased sheets but that makes me no difference because I always use parchment.
A very fast and very good cookie.  Thanks, Nellie.

The 13th of October is my turn to take goodies to the kids of church.   Will someone please tell me if most kids like mint.   Would this be a good choice?  Most of the kids are 6 years and below.

   nancy,
If were making them for children that young  I would probably use the pb cups   or just   a kiss (in case of nut allergies)
kids sometimes have strange tastes   and mint that strong is an acquired taste

Thanks, Nellie --- that's similar to what I was thinking.  I love those cookies but .............
Maybe I'll make the peanut butter cookies filled with a Jr. Snickers.  Maybe fill half with Snickers and half with P.B. Cup.  I've filled some with Butterfinger and every kid that's tried one loved it.
Maybe I should go to Walmart and buy a bag of Oreos.
