I wouldn't make them more than 2 days before, so you should be fine kept in the fridge.

Can pumpkin pies be frozen?  I have a customer who wants to know the best way to keep a pumpkin pie from Sunday to Thursday.

Most things are safe as long as they are refrigerated, especially for a few days.

What would happen if I added 8oz of melted Philidelia cream cheese to the Libby's pumpkin pie recipe on the back of the can ?

Remember safety first. If you are traveling with food remember safety first. Pull out ice chest  if needed. Cold foods together. Hot foods together. When in doubt throw it out.

The cream cheese sounds interesting Denise wonder if it would work also.
