Hmmm, something to think about.  I know my pumpkin pie bakes at a lower temperature than other pies.  i think it is 325 maybe.  I'd have to check my recipe to be sure.  I'd bake the pie nearer the top of the oven and put the pie plate on a cookie sheet (light colored shiny one) to reflect the heat away from the crust.
Anybody else have ideas?

i tried using the keebler graham crust and baked it according to libbys pumpkin pie recipe and my filling wasn't completely done in the middle, my knife didnt come out clean. I ended up burning the crust :( so if anyone can help out with this it would be greatly appreciated!!!

If you want to use a graham cracker crust I would suggest a pumpkin mousse pie rather than a custard type pie.
There is a good recipe on this site for a pumpkin mousse.
