There's enough broth to make a batch of turkey noodle soup, which is tomorrow's dinner! The rest is in the freezer, and I will use it in the mashed potatoes and gravy on Christmas day. I also like to make turkey tetrazzini casserole (I've altered the recipe over the years from the traditional tetrazzini), and the 'sauce' in the c asserole will get 2 cups of this broth. My house still smells yummy!!!
