In Response to Re: Household Tips:
About the plastic bags, I've been using the bags from the stores and restaurants for garbage. When they're full, tie the handles and toss them down into the garbage bins. Smaller bags and bags from newspapers (when in good shape can be used when you walk your dog or, in my sister's case, scoop cats litter boxes. Now, another tip following a recent trip and fall followed by a visit to the doctor. I asked him if he knew how to get blood out of your clothes. He told me to pour hydrogen peroxide over the spot, blot it, and to keep doing that until it's clean, then wash the garment.

The peroxide does work,I was a nursing assistant for over ten years in my younger days and this is how we removed blood stains from our uniforms. Back then we had to wear a white uniform.I used milk to remove ink stains that would get on the pockets of my uniform I had a pocket saver but when something needed attention right away I didn't always get my pen where it was supposed to be.lol lol lol .
