Eggs over easy, country fried taters, crispy, grits with cheese or without lots of butter............bacon wheat toast or rye. But also love an omelette with mushrooms, green peppers, onions, bacon, ham, cheese hamburger meat actually the works lol.....side order of hash browns crispy cup of coffee. Now do that have these that often as trying to lose weight and have lost a little over 10 pounts since last month.

Sharon!! that is great! 10 pounds in a month is the right way to do it. I know it is hard to lose weight..almost harder to keep it off.
