I love breakfast. Especially when I go out and have it cooked FOR me! LOL ! Omelets, or eggs and bacon and panckaes or toast. I love it all. Too bad I am not supposed to eat it. But that makes it taste all the better when I do go out.
My favorite breakfasts include: 1. Plain fat-free Greek yogurt topped with fresh fruit and granola/or dry cereal. 2. A bowl of regular non-flavored oatmeal made with 1/2 water-1/2 unsweetened original almond milk and topped with fresh fruit. 3. A veggie egg-white omelette with low fat mozarella cheese, and a side of fresh fruit.
Depends on the day....during the week I like cereal. On the weekends however, we have breakfast together and it's usually bacon and eggs, waffles and sausage, or oatmeal!!
