I'll bet I get crazy and exotic --- have a ham sandwich instead of turkey.   I could go really wild too - have carrots instead of tomato. I wish I could think of a way to easily add something green

We add fresh baby spinach to a lot of our sandwiches, very tasty and very good for you too! The light greens like iceberg add very little in the way of nutrition.

Susan,  If you get the time, I would love to have your recipe for Sour Cream Coffee
Cake!!!  We're going camping for 4 days, leaving Thurs. and back on Sunday.
When you said it was moist, that really did it for me, I have tasted some dry Coffee
Cakes.  This one sounds great!  Love the sour cream too!  Thank you!!

Hubby had rest of Monday's meatloaf, mashed potatoes, cream corn, cottage cheese & Italian bread.  I had a tossed salad with Italian dressing & threw in a few seedless grapes, pineapple pieces, a little ham & some shredded cheese.
