I had a hot roast beef open-faced sandwich and a side of peas along with my iced tea. No dessert tonight. I was too lazy to fix anything but I'm thinking of cheesecake tomorrow. Mmmm

I couldn't post for 2 and 1/2 days, add a post box was not there. Don't know
how they fixed it, so I hope this works. We are having grilled pork chops, and
mexican bean salad, and I am slicing a fresh pineapple. This CA so have a couple
of hours before eating.

Susan, where do you live? I have not heard the term Grinder since I left the East Coast. Lived in Connecticut for most of my childhood. Grinders were a favorite Saturday dinner. Salami, Provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, a bit of an oil and vinegar dressing and for my Mom and Dad a sprinkling of Red Pepper Flakes to spice it up.
Susan you can ignore this, I just saw one of your posts..you live in Pa. Close enough to the East Coast to call a Grinder a Grinder...

Dinner tonight was soup for me and I heated up the last of the BBQ Pork Fried Rice for my husband.
Tomorrow is supposed to be very cold so I think I am going to plan a soup or stew.
