Your right! Plus this cuff had a pressure release dial that she had to do in order to take the blood pressure. That is how old it was! They really should have updated equipment. It had me a little upset, anyway, I have a doctors appointment on Thursday, so I will see what she says.

I have to "get back on track" so dinner tonight for me will be a salad and then later on some yogurt and some granola. I am going to fix my husband some sausage and sauerkraut I will add some onion and a quarterd potato to the pot, I just may have some of the sauerkraut.

This wasn't at the hospital, it was a place that collects blood for the hospital. This place is called Keystone Community Blood Bank.

Yesterday I had a lot to do and ate no breakfast. I knew that dinner on Wednesday was either very early or very, very late. So I gave myself a treat lunch ... I went to a Chinese restaurant and had a really great meal.
