In Response to Re: WHAT'S FOR DINNER TONIGHT? : Hi Susan, that is what the Polish call stuffed cabbage, the Hungarians call it ToltottKaposzta. All the Eastern Europeans make it .all with their own versions .but mostly the same.I adore Eastern European cuisine, probably because I grew up eating it.Do you make stuffed cabbage? Tonight I'm making beef vegetable soup, homemade bread and poor man's cake for desert.

How interesting...but no, I never made them but I watched my Mom make them. All I know is that they sure are good! Now my Mom made homemade perogies that were, oh my, just so yummy! My Mom loved to cook and bake and I followed in her footsteps. Now, I am Pennsylvania Dutch but I sure love some these dishes!
