Tonight I stopped for Toasted Pretzel Ham and Cheese Sandwiches for Hubby and I!  Yum Yum!!

GRANA here; SUNDAY ; NOON/BRUNCH :  fresh fruit plateI couldn't decide which iwanted so I had half of each:  toasted wholegain  bagel half w/ Ablood orange Greek yogurt shmear  A Buckwheat waffle section w /syrup& walnut pces.  hot cocoa 1/2 small plain donut for dunking DINNER:  chicken fritters baked yam half peas  & pearls ( onions)  cranberry sauce  hot tea  apple crisp   MONDAY   NOON :cheese lasagna [reruns] eggplant parm w/"sausage" sauce Italian cut green beans  choice of chesecake or fresh fruit  hot tea   DINNER :  homemade refried bean& cheese tacos  one for me&  two forrhubby ;plus he had a baloney &Swiss cheese sandwich We both had hot tea & fudge brownies MONDAY :   NO O N :  cheese lasagna eggplant parm w/" sausage" sauce Italiancu green bes fresh orange half  &   a square of a raspberry dark chocolate bar DINNER :   homemade  refried bean & cheese  tacos;hubby had  two plus a baloney & Swiss sandwich;I had one taco We each had  half a fudge brownie;? ???????   wonder why we're not losing weight ???????????????

 Made some white beans & hocks in the slow cooker. Some to eat and some to freeze. I know that some other beans have a lower glycemic index but gotta have some white beans once in a while!

We're planning on running errands tonight, so I think we'll stop at the "golden arches" for a quick bite.  Sometimes I just have to have a hamburger and fries there, then I'll be good for quite a while.  I always justify eating there because I also have their tossed salad - it's such a good deal at only one dollar.

TUESDAY
NOON:
 I had planned on minestrone soup & pizza slices reruns
Hubby chose to have aCaesar sie salad ; &  eggplant parm rerunsI had what/ had planned Soup & awhole grain  veggie  pzza slice

 lemonade & hot tea w/ cookies&  one raspberry dark chocolate square
DINNER:
hhubbyy had minestrone&  risin crust veggie pizza)D'Giorno
and then rummaged ariund fr a tempting dessert; he chose  dark chocolate raspberruy bar squares
an aple  half an orange
 I had a bowl of oatmeal & hot cocoa

NOON: savory chicken soup w/ celery, carrots noodles &  garbanzo beans; rich &  hearty
 S
  hot tea
 fresh orange&   fudge brownie bites
DINNER:
he: lunch soup reruns
 half a balney &  Swiss ceese sandwich
 me: sloppy Joe (meatless)  w/low a low fat  Mexican cheese blend
 cole slaw side
 vanila bean ice cream w/half a sliced banana, mixed berries= banana splitTongue outyummy !

We had a nice quiet dinner tonight.  I made stuffed shells and they were delicious, even if I do say so myself.
