ROSEMARY PORK TENDERLOIN
1-2 pounds pork tenderloin
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
2 tsp salt (I use half that much)
2 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp rosemary, chopped fine
Crushed garlic to taste
(I usually double this marinate, especially if using 2 pounds of meat.
Put marinate in zip lock bag, add meat and marinate at least 1 hour - I prefer to marinate overnight. Grill and enjoy!
