I'm really looking forward to my steak ---it's 1 PM -- I could start it now - lol ..... But, Nikki, your pulled pork sounds so good. I've forgotten where it came from but I recently got a recipe for pulled CHICKEN. I have to try that soon.

I was "playing" with my new toy. I purchased a smoker on Sunday and since I do quite a bit of slow and low cooking I figured it would be used so....anyway I am very happy with the results of the pork. I can't wait to try a turkey as well as a leg of lamb. Not sure on the leg of lamb if I would use smoke or just slow cook it or I guess I could use the same spices in the smoker as I use in the marinade for the lamb. Not sure if using rosemary as part of the smoke flavor would be too strong or if it would be too "piney" I will have to think about this...would hate to ruin a piece of lamb. y niece is married into a Greek family I might have to ask her to ask around.
