Grilled swordfish steaks on the grill, served with a cucumber cream sauce. We have yet to taste swordfish steaks, but we rec'd them as a gift and I need to get them used up. I've put it off long enough! Probably will serve with roasted sweet potatoes and a salad. Peach shortcake for dessert!

I hope you enjoyed your swordfish steaks. My husband and I love swordfish, but I must admit that I have never attempted to make it at home.
