White beans and smoked hocks in the crock pot. There hasn't been any rain or "comfy" weather for awhile so I decided to enjoy it because it's probably the last rain and cool weather for months.  :)

We have another round of doctor appointments this afternoon, so I'm hoping to go our favorite pizzeria for shrimp pizza tonight.  We have been having shrimp pizza since our dating days, so it's one of our all time favorites.

Good 'ole regular sloppy joe's except I always add corn. More veggie and plus corn & tomatoes go so well together. This is for dinner tomorrow.

I think we'll have ribs this evening.  I have the sauce made, but my husband prefers to make the ribs so we'll see if he wants to finish them when he gets home this evening.

I am shopping my freezer these past few weeks.
Want to get rid of a lot of stuff that is there before I go on vacation.
Last night was a bit of Turkey soup for me and I did pasta and sauce for my husband.
Tonight my husband will finish the soup along with a sandwich and I will finish the salad mix I have with a bit of baked fish.
I am in search of some chicken I know is in the freezer or I will look for some ground beef that may be there I think a big pot of chili would taste great.

I found a piece of fish in the freezer last night and cooked that up with a butternut squash for a side dish. That sounds all good and healthy but then I had to use up the strawberries before they went bad. Couldn 't find any yogurt in the fridge but had just bought some really good vanilla bean ice cream. Mixed strawberries, 2% milk and ice cream...  Wink
