Hey, Bakery ............ I'm working on the smallest pork tenderloin I could find.  I'm putting it in your marinade tonight to set in the 'fridge a long time.  I'll BBQ it early tomorrow evening.  Wish me luck.

In Response to Re: WHAT'S FOR DINNER TONIGHT?:
ROSEMARY PORK TENDERLOIN 1-2 pounds pork tenderloin 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar or lemon juice 2 tsp salt (I use half that much) 2 Tbs olive oil 1 tsp rosemary, chopped fine Crushed garlic to taste (I usually double this marinate, especially if using 2 pounds of meat. Put marinate in zip lock bag, add meat and marinate at least 1 hour - I prefer to marinate overnight.  Grill and enjoy!

This site is such a joy - such joyous meals- lol.
This recipe gets a big red star and joins the other exceptional recipes.
Thanks again.
