I made a batch of no bake cookies (or "haystacks", what we called them when we were kids!)  They are quick, easy and sooooo yummy.  And I like to think they are a little healthy, with the oatmeal and peanut butter!!!

Me too! an encore presentation ! I sprinkle the top when serving with a little cinnamon and pour just a wee bit of half and half over the top (my mom used to do that) Boy I sure wish she was still here she's missing out on all these good recipes which I know she would have loved.
