This is for PA Dutch Pot Pie...Sorry, I should have mentioned that!
PA Dutch Pot Pie is not a Pie. We cook up chicken breast with skin in water with salt, pepper, parsley and onion. When the chicken is done, let the chicken cool off, pick the meat off and set it to the side. Then to the broth, I add celery and a little more parsley. I peel some potatoes and quarter them and add it to the bubbling broth. When the potatoes are half done, then I add my pot pie patches. When they float to the top, I add the chicken and let it cook a little more (making sure the patches are fully cooked). I actually thicken my broth a little.
That is how I make PA Dutch Pot Pie! Yum!!
So, I am looking for the recipe to make the dough for pot pie patches!
