For dinner last night I made Whiting fish, which we enjoy more than Tilapia. I coated it lightly in bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese, added some seasoning salt, tossed it onto a baking sheet and baked for about 20 minutes. And yes, thanks for the info about Swai. I haven't seen it at the stores here, but will be looking for it.
I Forgot to mention this.This fish is good baked,pan seared, fried or broiled.
