I love zucchini, I don't knwo if this is the right page to add a recipe or not but here it is. Very simple to make. Peel zucchini, cut it length wise, take out all the seeds. I place it cut side down in a frying pan wth a little wter for about 4 minutes. Drain it on paper towels then I salt & pepper it I make stuffing, you can use what ever stuffiing you like. I fill the zuchini the stuffiing and bake uncovered, 350% till done. My family likes me to sprinkle on top with cheese right before it is done. We love it I hope you will try it and love it too.
