In Response to Re: sticky buns/cinnamon rolls recipes:
Meijers has "Sticky Buns"...yep, that's what they call them. I have made sticky buns using the following recipe. They are delicious!! As to cinnamon rolls, I buy them at Gordon's Food Store. So good!! Just thaw, nuke, and enjoy!! 6 slices (about 4 ounces) bacon cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1/2 cup roughly chopped pecan 1 can (16 ounce) refrigerated biscuits 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon Cook bacon, stirring occasionally, until it begins to brown, 3 to 4 minutes Transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. In a medium bowl, combine maple syrup, brown sugar, and pecans. Stir in the bacon and divide among 8 muffin cups. Place biscuits on a sheet of wax paper and sprinkle both sides with the cinnamon. Place biscuits OVER the bacon mixture in each of the cups, gently pressing to fit. Bake at 350 degrees until the biscuits are golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately invert onto a baking sheet or platter. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. The second time I made them, I doubled the bacon. Even more delicious!! Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do!
