Thanks, Verlee --------- more recipes to see. I certainly should use some "healthy" recipes. My idea of breakfast is hash browns with onions fried in half canola, half bacon fat, a nice, big slice of ham, two fried eggs and two slice of wheat toast with apricot preserves. I DO pay attention to health and calories ---- I never butter my toast.

Whoa girl...you added whole wheat toast to that breakfast! Certainly you do not want to shock your system with anything healthy!
