Nancy, I clicked on the second one you posted and I got.....snacks in a mug.
I have not yet looked at all the recipes but the two that got my attention right away are the baked oatmeal in a mug and the cinnamon roll.
I love baked oatmeal but so many of the recipes make so much, this sounds perfect!

This sounds like a great idea for individual snacks.

Well, I finally got it to work.  I cut the cinnamon roll in a cup recipe and pasted it to an email to myself.  I will print it when it arrives in my mailbox.  Of course while there, I had to look at the recipes for Best Ever Cinnamon Rolls (not in a cup) and cut and pasted that one also. Sounds really good.  Thanks for finding that site.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
I have everything I need for this...OOPS do not have quick cooking oats.  May try this with my steel cut oats and just bake it.
Just have to figure out what to do with the other 2/3's of a banana!

A side note to this...
I was watching the afternoon news the other day and they had a little baking segment on.  There is a cookbook that this person has out and it is baking things in Muffin or cupcake pans.
She pressed a piece of bread in one muffin cup, a pancake in another and I think there ere waffles in another.  She then beat a few eggs and poured 1/2 cup of the egg in a cup then topped it off with some cheese, and other toppings.  Bake in the oven until set.  She said it could be done in advance and refrigerated and baked in the morning.  Sounds pretty much like the mugs but you could do this for the family, each kid putting whatever toppings they want on.
I will see if I can find more info.
