hee hee --- I'd gobble the left-over 2/3 of the banana ......... or probably I'd make 2 or 3 of the oatmeal.

I make so many different kinds of  oatmeal cookies that I always have a carton of both kinds in my cupboard.   More hee hee --I never eat oatmeal as a cereal.

I've been making Eggs-in-a-Mug for a few years now. I get my ideas from Hungry-girl.com. Here's the link to some of her egg ideas, and at the bottom of that page there are more links to other ideas. Warning: these recipes are all healthy. lol

You are right about making just more of the oatmeal. Can always heat it up for lunch or dinner.  I will have to give this a try tomorrow.  I just might put it together now so the steel cut oats get a chance to absorb some of the moisture and soften up.

Thanks, Verlee --------- more recipes to see.  I certainly should use some "healthy" recipes.

My idea of breakfast is hash browns with onions fried in half canola, half bacon fat, a nice, big slice of
ham, two fried eggs and two slice of wheat toast with apricot preserves.
I DO pay attention to health and calories ---- I never butter my toast.

Whoa girl...you added whole wheat toast to that  breakfast!  Certainly you do not want to shock your system with anything healthy!

When I'm, going to copy and paste, I left click to wave over what I want ---it ALWAYS turns blue then I right click to hit "copy"  (No other word , just "copy")  then ...................................... now I'm getting so confused I can't do anything.

Nancy, I highlight until it is all blue.  Then I hit ctrl C (to cut) .  I then go to my email and start a new message to myself. In the body I hit ctrl V and wait a few seconds and the recipe pops up.  I don't know any other way.  I'm not very computer savvy.  My sister showed me this way and it usually works.

Nancy, that's how I copy.  I highlight what I want and the right click to copy or print, whichever I decide I want at that point and I'm good to go.  Take a deep breath and try again, friend.
