As I've said before ... I've never made a successful pie crust but many years ago this was almost a staple.IMPOSSIBLE BACON PIE12 slices bacon fried crisp and crumbled1 cut shredded Swiss cheese1/3 cup shredded onion2 cups milk4 eggs1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper1 cup BisquickIn lightly greased 10" pie plate sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion. Beat everything else for1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake at 400, 35-40 minutes until knife blade inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand 5 min before serving.
