Where to find canned pumpkin?  I'm thinking that it might be a little early in the season?  They might not be ripe enough in the fields yet.  Fresh pumpkins won't be in our markets for a few more weeks.

Thanks Susan,I will be able to add cranberries back into the menu.My husband is off his medicine.We love cranberries I have a homemade cranberry recipe that was always a favorite and I haven't been able to make it.

Here is my pumpkin bread recipe; I finally found it.  It is so easy, moist and gets great every time! PUMPKIN BREAD 3 CUPS SUGAR 3 1/2 CUPS FLOUR 2 TSP. BAKING SODA 1 TSP. NUTMEG 1 1/2 TSP. CINNAMON 1 CUP VEG. OIL 4 EGGS 2/3 CUP WATER 1 SMALL CAN PUMPKIN 1 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS OR PECANS 2/3 CUP OF GOLDEN RAISINS IN LARGE BOWL, SIFT ALL DRY INGREDIENTS.  MAKE A SMALL WELL IN THE CENTER OF BOWL; ADD OIL, EGGS, PUMPKIN AND WATER TO CENTER OF WELL.  MIX WITH A RUBBER SPATULA UNTIL BLENDED. MIX IN THE NUTS AND RAISINS.  POUR INTO GREASED LOAF PAN AND BAKE AT 325* FOR 1 - 1 1/2 HOURS.
