In Response to Re: PACZKI ( PUNCHKI )??? in Polish it means "DONUT":
i had a house-mate (actually 3) my sis and 2 friends, also sisters they were bohemian they made kolaches sometimes same dough they made cinnamon rolls with but no sauusage a kolache shop near where i worked made them w/ a and put a sausage inside i don't know where she found the sausage but it was about 3" long and about 1" dia. and it was mixed w/ cheese and about once a month i had to take so many to our downtown office that i had to call her the day before there are some do-nut shops around now attached to valero stations and they have all kinds of morning things they do have this same sausage/cheese in a kolache, but most times by the time i get there those are all gone by the way your picture was not there when I posted a while ago
