Nothing!!!! Too darn HOT. and the craziness is that I am Cold!!! I have the chills and feel light headed. Been like this for the past two weeks.

In the morning I feel fine. But come mid-afternoon I have a headache, light headed & dizzy, and cold!!. No I do not have the heater on, so it is not carbon dioxide. Every year I have our heater checked before I allow them to use it.

I am not going to go to the doc for this cause I think he's a quack.

Maybe when it starts to cool down again I'll start to bake something.

Okay, Delia I have read 2 posts of yours talking about your warm weather. You are making me jealous! It's a balmy 10 degrees right now in Ohio, so stop with the too hot talk. LOL. Everyone here is baking to warm the kitchen.

Yes - right now it's 72* in my kitchen ... the oven is roaring along.
I sure wish my camera was working so I could show you things.
Maybe tomorrow - I HAVE to go out no matter the temp - I'll swing by WalMart.
Yes, WalMart. The women working the camera dept are so smart and so good
they'll inspect my camera and probably fix it.

LOL Delia!! You're baking after it cools down.....I'm baking now to warm it up!!! Ha! Ha! I'd love some of your warm temps.....only 8 degrees here this morning and terribly windy so it's prob below zero with the wind chill factor!! I don't like to even think about it!! Brrrrrr!!!
Anyway, in my oven right now is a homemade applesauce cake! When it is out and cooled I will frost it with white vanilla frosting....homemade, of course! Delicious!!!!!
And Nancy, I sure hope you can get your camera fixed tomorrow!!! Oh my, I would be lost without my camera!!!

Today - one more batch of sugar-free cookies, one more batch of plain chocolate chip, one batch of the chocolate with mint chips and one batch of gingersnaps.

Which presents a problem .... my freezer is full.

Earlier today,I baked marinated tofu slices [lemon garlic& herb marinade); a fave of hubby's( for sandwiches or on rice)
Tomorrow, I'll be bakling brownies & chocolate crisp cookies
But tonight,nothing is in my oven

I made another batch of peanut brittle, toffee bars, choc chip w/nuts, choc chip without nuts, white chip cookies, cookies w some peppermint chips I found, .... I think that's it.
I planned on making packages of goodies tonight but I'm just too tired ........ I'm setting the alarm for EARLY

As stated/ posted, yesterday, I followed through on my baking plans for today: a pan of fudge brownies; a sheet of chocolate wafers; 12"chunky" mini brownies( bites) .I also added 2 bowls (2 servings each) of mud pies .Later I should be baking up some pre-made onion rings, to heat & crisp them up t o accompany the steak & bakedpotato, also planned

I am making candy! Take a pretzel ring, put a Hershey Kiss on top, bake at 275* for 2-3 minutes, then push an M&M on top so the semi-melted kiss fills the pretzel ring and then chill. Easy and fun to make!

nap & snagged a few to enjoy w/ a small glass of milk.He put up a pot of coffee & snagged afe wmore to enjoy on the couc w/ the kitties.No chocolatein them( unusua, forus; so they were ktty safe & they (Maestro&cali cold enjoy them too
