Nikki, here's my lemon bar recipe Crust: 2 c. flour, 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar Mix and press into 9x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Filling: 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs beaten, 4 T flour, 6 T lemon juice, 1 t. baking powder, 1 t. lemon rind Mix dry ingredients, blen in eggs, juice and rind. Pour over hot baked crust Bake 20-25 minutes until light brown. Cool. Cut. dust with powdered sugar.
