GRANA here; In my oven today: garlic& hrerb boneless pork loin acorn squash halves to fil later w/ sweet peas & pearl onons Chinese style roast pork( CHAR SHU ( after marinating 3 days in a special " secret " sauce As you can see;I multi task not using myoven for only one item @ a time.I bake several items all needing( approximately thesame temp, so as not to waste the uel to cook or fans to cool of our home afterwards
