Here's the report on the lemon cheesecake that is on the Betty Crocker calendar for April. We just sampled it and hubby gave it 5 stars. It is very good; light and fluffy with a subtle lemon flavor. the hardest part making it was getting the crust material even and up the sides of the springform pan. I used 1 1/2 cups of the instant lemon pudding I made instead of buying the little containers of pudding. Worked great.

Judy, Thanks for lettng us know and great that instant lemon pudding worked. Sorry you had a hard
with the crust. I'm looking at the picture right now, it looks like the crust isn't smooth and is uneven.
Looks like they had a hard time too!!! I'm glad you liked it. I will have to try this soon!!!
