Hi GALE ; How did your POPOVERS come out?????? I used to enjoy them 50+ years ago in a N.Y.C. restaurant, right outside Central Park. I made them at home for years; very light & eggy, like a soufle; greatw/steak & roast beef or alongside any hot soup. In Response to Re: In my oven......... :

Hi Ann,How are you? Glad to see you survived the storm.The popovers came out excellent.My husband enjoyed them.I don't know why I've never made them before.The niece that sent me the recipe,finally was succsessful making a yeast dough and she was so happy and me too! She says I was the one that kept pushing her to keep trying and she did it!
