Retaj,

What types of things do you normally bake.  That'll give us a starting point!  There are so many great cooks/bakers at this site, I'm sure you'll get a lot of ideas.

Reta J,  you could try adding things to what you normally bake.  Like brownies, add some dried cherries or cranberries instead of nuts.   For cakes, just changing the extract you use will change it up(lemon, strawberry or orange extract instead of vanilla is always good).  Extracts can also be used to change up the frosting flavors.  Hope this helps.

Retaj -- your good recipe for chocolate chip cookies but add Nestle's white chips instead.   Use that recipe again and skip the chips - add lots of pecans and coconut.  Try adding dried fruits ...... Search all the recipes here.

This is my very favorite and certainly the most popular.  Got this winner from a dear woman right here.
Choc Chunk Oatmeal w/Pecans & Cherries (or cranberries)
40-42 cookies --350* -- 12 minutes -- parchment paper
12 Tblsp butter, softened
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups old fashioned or quick oatmeal
1 cup pecans
1 cup dried cranberries or cherries
1/2 bag dark chocolate chips
Heat oven 350*, put parchment on cookie sheets.
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt in medium
bowl. In second bowl mix cherries, oats, pecans and
chocolate chips. In mixing bowl bowl beat butter and
sugar at medium speed about 1 min.
Scrape sides of bowl and add egg and vanilla. Beat
about 30 sec. With mixer still running on low gradually
add flour mixture beat 30 sec. With mixer running on low
gradually add oat/nut mixture just until incorporated.
Roll dough into 1 1/2" balls. Slightly flatten with hands
on sheet to 1" thickness. Bake about 12 minutes -
do not overbake.. Cool on sheet.

Why don't you make some banana bread or a cake?  You still get multiple servings.  Plus you can make a cake with or without any icing and in many flavors.  But be ready... perhaps the cookies will be much more popular.  LOL
