Hi Elizebeth .... Welcome to VBB.
I'm sorry, I don't really understand your question.  Do you want to make a batch of cookies from a can of pumpkin pie mix?   I don't have an answer for you but if we have a clear question I bet you get a lot.

The chocolate cookies with lots of pecans and some caramel chips are really good.   Now I want to make the same recipe with lots of coconut.

I think I'm going to try wrapping a little Mounds junior bar in some of that cookie dough and see what happens.
