In Response to Re: Monster Cake : Good idea, Maxine. I always tell the people who take my bread making classes to read the recipe all the way through before they start, warning them that sometimes the ingredient is used in 2 different places.

I always read the recipe like 5 times before I start just to be sure I have it and then I make sure my recipe is right there with me as I am making things. I re-read them constantly as I have missed ingredients before when making stuff.
