MAYO cookies for Susan!

PREHEAT OVEN to 350*  1 cup white sugar, 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 teas.baking soda, 1 pinch salt, 1 cup mayo, 1 teas. vanilla. MIX together dry ingredients add mayo and vanilla.Mix well with a spoon,the dough will be crumbly.Make walnut sized balls,place on cookie sheet and mash down with a fork,sprinkle with additional sugar.BAKE for 12 min.This is a nice recipe to have if you are out of eggs and butter you can still bake up a batch of cookies!

Great recipe...I will have to try it!  I heard of using MAYO in a recipe for a Choc. Cake and that it makes a very moist cake. 

I love a moist cake...

Miracle Whip

 

1 cup regular mayonnaise
2 or 3 teaspoons powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
dash of paprika
dash of garlic powder


Then enjoy and use it!
